Shipping Policy

RATES: The standard rate is $10 for any order under 10lbs. This fee is waived for purchases $150 or more.

PROCESSING TIME: All items are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. You will receive a separate notification with tracking details.

DAMAGED ITEMS: Resting Place Services LLC will provide a full refund. To be valid the damage must be reported to Resting Place Services via email within 72 hours after delivery. A photo of the damage must be included with the notification. 

LOST ITEMS: At this time Resting Place Services LLC does not offer insurance for lost items. It is recommended that purchases are sent to a secure address or PO Box.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: Natural disaster may impact processing time or courier delivery. In either case you will be notified of impact as soon as possible.

DOMESTIC FULFILLMENT: At this time shipping is restricted to the continental United States.
